1. If damage was discovered when unpacking the appliance:

Please contact your dealer immediately to report any damage to the delivered appliance.

2. If damage is detected during installation or first use:

Please contact your dealer immediately to report any damage to the delivered appliance.

3. If the appliance reports an error code or functional problem during first use:

Please prepare the device data visible on the nameplate, i.e. PNC number (Prod. No.) and serial number, as well as your purchase document.
